What do Regional Lived Experience, Peer and Carer Networks Offer?

Regional Lived Experience Peer and Carer Networks are a space to connect, learn and share. You can hear what is on in your area and take part in work that helps shape local mental health, suicide prevention and alcohol and other drugs services.

The Networks are for people with lived, living or carer experiences of mental health, suicide, and alcohol or other drug use and peer workers.

Each Network is shaped by the people who take part.

While each Network is a bit different, they all aim to build links, support people to have a say, and make sure lived experience, carer and peer worker views help guide local work.

  • People with Lived Experience and Carers

Share your views, ideas and stories. What you share can help shape local mental health, suicide and drug and alcohol supports. You can choose how and when you take part.

  • Future Peer Workers

Find out what peer work is and what peer workers do.

You can learn about study options and get our help to find student placements in your area.

  • Peer Workers

Meet with peer workers from across the region.

Share ideas, learn from each other and take part in events and learning that support peer work.
